Instructions
️⃣ Prepare the cheese mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, shredded sharp cheddar cheese, diced jalapeños, 240 ml of bacon crumbles, red onion (if using), black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Stir until the mixture becomes light, fluffy, and well-combined.

️⃣ Form the cheese balls: Using a cookie scoop or spoon, portion out the cheese mixture and roll each portion into small balls with your hands.
️⃣ Coat the cheese balls: Roll each cheese ball in the bacon crumbles on the shallow dish, ensuring each ball is evenly coated on all sides.
️⃣ Chill the cheese balls: Place the coated cheese balls in the refrigerator to chill for at least 30 minutes, allowing them to firm up and the flavors to meld.
️⃣ Serve: Once chilled, serve the bacon jalapeño popper cheese balls as a tasty appetizer or snack. Enjoy with crackers or fresh veggies for dipping!
