Ingredients
- 1 (32 oz) bag frozen hashbrowns
- 1 kielbasa sausage, diced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (plus an extra ½ cup for topping)
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup milk
- 1 (10 oz) can cream of mushroom or chicken soup

- 1 tsp minced garlic

Instructions

Lightly grease the inside of your slow cooker to prevent sticking.
Layer the diced kielbasa, frozen hashbrowns, diced onion, and 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese evenly in the slow cooker.

Sprinkle an additional ½ cup of cheddar cheese over the top.

Cover the slow cooker and set it to low heat for 4–5 hours or high heat for 2–3 hours.
