  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Wraps:

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup lettuce (shredded)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • ½ cup red onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
  • 1 avocado (sliced)

For the Dressing:

  • ¼ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp hot sauce (optional)

Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Chicken

Season the chicken breasts with chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken for 6–7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and golden brown. Remove from the skillet and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing into thin strips.

2️⃣ Make the Dressing

In a small bowl, mix the sour cream, mayonnaise, lime juice, garlic powder, and hot sauce (if using). Adjust seasoning to taste.

3️⃣ Assemble the Wraps

Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread 1–2 tablespoons of dressing evenly across the tortilla.

Layer shredded lettuce, cherry tomatoes, red onion, cheese, avocado slices, and chicken strips in the center of the tortilla.

4️⃣ Wrap It Up

Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to form a wrap. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.

5️⃣ Serve

Slice the wraps in half for easier handling. Serve immediately or wrap in foil for on-the-go meals.
