  • 0.5 oz dry Ranch seasoning (½ packet)
  • 1 zucchini, thinly sliced
  • 6 strips turkey bacon, cooked, drained, and chopped
  • ½ cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a casserole dish.

Place the thinly sliced chicken breasts in the dish, spreading them out evenly.

Sprinkle the dry Ranch seasoning mix over the chicken, ensuring even coverage.

Arrange the sliced zucchini over the seasoned chicken in an even layer.

Sprinkle the chopped turkey bacon over the zucchini.

In a small bowl, combine the shredded Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Evenly distribute the cheese mixture over the bacon.

Bake uncovered for about 20 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

For a golden, crispy topping, broil for the last 2-3 minutes (optional).
