Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
- 8 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh basil, for garnish
Instructions
1️⃣ Cook the Pasta:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2️⃣ Cook the Chicken:
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.
Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
Add the cubed chicken, cooking for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and fully cooked. Season with salt and pepper.
