Description
These Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are a perfect fusion of classic cheeseburger flavors wrapped in soft, golden biscuit dough. A deliciously gooey filling and a garlicky, cheesy topping make them a favorite for appetizers, snacks, or even dinner!
Ingredients
For the filling:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
For the dough:
- 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
For the topping:
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat and prepare: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Cook the filling: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess grease.
3️⃣ Season and combine: Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef. Stir in the cream cheese and shredded cheddar until the mixture is well combined and creamy. Remove from heat and set aside.
4️⃣ Prepare the dough: Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a circle with your hands or a rolling pin.
5️⃣ Stuff the bombs: Place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each flattened biscuit. Fold the edges of the dough over the filling and pinch them tightly to seal completely. Ensure there are no gaps to prevent leakage during baking.
6️⃣ Brush and flavor: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with grated Parmesan cheese. Brush the tops of each dough bomb generously with the mixture.
7️⃣ Bake to perfection: Arrange the bombs on the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between them. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the dough is fully cooked.
8️⃣ Garnish and serve: Let the bombs cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley for added flavor and a pop of color. Serve warm and enjoy!
