Ingredients
- 1 lb salmon fillets, cut into bite-sized cubes
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the glaze:
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, and minced garlic. Set aside.
2️⃣ Season the salmon:
Pat the salmon bites dry with a paper towel and season with salt and pepper.
3️⃣ Sear the salmon:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the salmon bites and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden and crispy. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
4️⃣ Make the glaze:
In the same skillet, melt butter, then add the honey garlic mixture. Cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently, until the sauce thickens slightly.
5️⃣ Coat the salmon:
Return the salmon bites to the skillet and toss them in the glaze until fully coated.
6️⃣ Garnish and serve:
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve hot. Enjoy!
