This flavorful hot smoked gouda chicken dip is a crowd-pleaser that’s easy to prepare. Made with 8 slices cooked and crumbled chicken bacon, 1 ½ cups shredded smoked gouda cheese, and shredded sharp cheddar cheese, it’s perfect for a weeknight dinner or special occasion.

- 8 slices cooked and crumbled chicken bacon
- 1 ½ cups shredded smoked Gouda cheese
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 green onions, finely sliced
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Optional garnish: extra green onions or crumbled chicken bacon
- Crackers, baguette slices, or vegetables for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in the shredded smoked Gouda, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, green onions, and most of the crumbled chicken bacon (reserve some for topping). Mix until evenly combined.
- Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish (such as a pie dish or small casserole dish). Spread it evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining chicken bacon on top of the dip. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and lightly golden on top.
- Remove the dip from the oven and let it cool slightly. Garnish with extra green onions or crumbled chicken bacon, if desired. Serve hot with crackers, baguette slices, or fresh vegetables.
