Description

These delicious, bite-sized appetizers are packed with creamy, savory beef filling wrapped in golden crescent rolls. Perfect for game days, parties, or a quick snack that everyone will love!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 package crescent roll dough (8-count)
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat the Oven:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

2️⃣ Cook the Beef:

Heat a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon. Drain any excess fat.

3️⃣ Prepare the Filling:

Stir in the softened cream cheese, ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Cook for 2–3 minutes, stirring frequently, until the cream cheese is fully melted and the mixture is creamy and combined.

4️⃣ Assemble the Bites:

Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into 8 triangles.

Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each triangle.

Fold the corners of the dough over the filling to form a bite-sized pocket. Pinch the edges to seal.

5️⃣ Bake:

Arrange the stuffed crescent rolls on the prepared baking sheet.

Brush the tops with melted butter for a golden finish.

Bake for 12–15 minutes or until the crescent rolls are golden brown and cooked through.

6️⃣ Serve:

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Serve warm and enjoy these savory treats!

Notes

  • For extra flavor, sprinkle shredded cheese over the beef mixture before wrapping it in the dough.
  • Experiment with additional spices or add chopped veggies (like bell peppers or onions) to the filling for variety.
  • To save time, the beef mixture can be prepared ahead and refrigerated until ready to assemble.
