Base Ingredients:

  • Nonstick cooking spray
  • 1 package frozen tater tots (32 ounces)

Toppings:

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 cups shredded Mexican-style cheese
  • 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced

Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare and Bake Tater Tots:
Preheat your oven according to the tater tot package instructions. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and coat it with nonstick spray. Arrange the frozen tater tots in an even layer and bake according to the package directions until golden and crispy.

2️⃣ Make the Ranch Sauce:
While the tater tots are baking, whisk together the sour cream and ranch dressing in a small bowl. Set aside.

3️⃣ Cook the Turkey Bacon:
Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Once cooked, chop it into small pieces and set aside.

4️⃣ Melt the Cheese:
Once the tater tots are done baking, set the oven to broil. Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the top of the tater tots, then return to the oven for 3 to 4 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
