Description
These Monster Cookie Balls are a fun, no-bake treat that’s perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth. With a delicious combination of oats, peanut butter, honey, and plenty of chocolatey goodness, these little bites are both chewy and packed with flavor. They are a great option for a snack or a fun activity to make with kids. The best part? You don’t need an oven to make them!
Ingredients
2–1/2 cups Quick Oats
2 cups Peanut Butter
1/2 cup Honey
1/2 cup Mini M&Ms
1/4 cup Mini White Chocolate Chips
1/4 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl.
Mix everything thoroughly, either with a wooden spoon or by hand, as the mixture can be thick and sticky. If mixing by hand, the texture may be easier to work with.
Once mixed, use a cookie scoop to measure out about 1-1/2 tablespoons of the mixture and roll into a ball using your hands.
Place the cookie balls on a baking sheet, which can be lined with parchment paper for easier cleanup.
Refrigerate the balls for at least 30 minutes to help them firm up.
Once chilled, remove them from the fridge and enjoy your delicious Monster Cookie Balls!
Notes
For extra texture, feel free to add a handful of chopped nuts, such as peanuts or almonds, to the mix. If you’d prefer a slightly sweeter treat, you can increase the honey or add a bit more white chocolate chips. These balls can also be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week, making them a great make-ahead snack. If you want to make them even more indulgent, you could drizzle them with melted chocolate before chilling.
