Ingredients
- 12 oz linguine or spaghetti
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- ½ cup white wine (or chicken broth for non-alcoholic option)
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2️⃣ Cook Pasta:
Boil linguine or spaghetti in salted water according to package instructions until al dente.
Drain and set aside.
3️⃣ Sauté Aromatics:
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant.
4️⃣ Cook Shrimp:
Add shrimp to the skillet and cook for 3–4 minutes, or until pink and opaque.
Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Arrange the cooked shrimp on top of the pasta.

Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese and shredded mozzarella evenly over the pasta and shrimp.
