  • 15 Hawaiian sweet rolls (sliced in half)
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar or Colby-Jack cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat the Oven:

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9×13 baking pan.

2️⃣ Prepare the Bottom Rolls:

  • Place the bottom halves of the Hawaiian rolls into the prepared baking pan, arranging them snugly to form the base.

3️⃣ Make the Chicken Filling:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Ranch dressing, crumbled turkey bacon, and Parmesan cheese. Stir until everything is well incorporated.

4️⃣ Assemble the Sliders:

  • Evenly spread the chicken and bacon mixture over the bottom half of the rolls in the baking pan.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheddar or Colby-Jack cheese on top of the chicken mixture.

5️⃣ Add the Top Rolls:

  • Place the top halves of the Hawaiian rolls over the cheese and filling to form the sliders.

6️⃣ Garlic Butter Topping:

  • In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with garlic powder. Brush this mixture generously over the tops of the rolls. Sprinkle with dried parsley for an extra touch of flavor and presentation (optional).
