  • Author: Sophia

Description

Grilled Chicken Bites with Creamy Garlic Sauce is a quick, flavor-packed dish that pairs juicy, spiced chicken with a rich and garlicky Parmesan cream sauce. It’s simple enough for a weeknight dinner but delicious enough to serve guests. This versatile recipe can be served over pasta, rice, or a bed of vegetables for a complete, satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Scale

For the Chicken Bites:
lbs chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste

For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:
3 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and black pepper to taste
Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Season and Cook the Chicken:
In a mixing bowl, toss the chicken pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until the chicken is evenly coated.

Grill the chicken pieces or cook in a hot skillet over medium heat for 6 to 8 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and fully cooked through.

Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce:
In a separate skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and cook until the cheese has melted and the sauce thickens slightly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Combine and Serve:
Add the cooked chicken bites to the sauce and stir gently to coat. Let them simmer together for 2 to 3 minutes to blend the flavors.

Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve hot over pasta, rice, or steamed vegetables.

Notes

You can add a squeeze of lemon juice or a pinch of red pepper flakes for an extra kick. This dish is excellent for meal prep and reheats well. For a lower-carb option, serve it over cauliflower rice or zucchini noodles.
