  • Author: Munil
  • Total Time: 25 minutes

Description

These cheesy, buttery delights are the ultimate crowd-pleasing snack or appetizer. Quick and easy to make with just a handful of ingredients, they’re perfect for game days, parties, or even a cozy night in!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can Pillsbury Biscuits (8-count)
  • 8 mozzarella cheese cubes
  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

2️⃣ Prepare the biscuits:

Flatten each biscuit into a small circle.

Place a mozzarella cheese cube in the center of each circle.

3️⃣ Shape the bombs: Fold the edges of the biscuit dough over the cheese, pinching the seams tightly to seal. Gently roll into a smooth ball and set aside.

4️⃣ Make the garlic butter: In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley.

5️⃣ Coat the bombs:

Dip each dough ball into the garlic butter mixture, making sure it’s well-coated.

Roll the buttered balls in grated Parmesan cheese, covering them evenly.

6️⃣ Bake: Arrange the coated cheese bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.

7️⃣ Serve: Enjoy the cheese bombs warm, ideally straight out of the oven for maximum gooeyness.

Notes

  • Make Ahead: Assemble the cheese bombs a few hours in advance, refrigerate, and bake fresh when needed.
  • Cheese Variations: Swap mozzarella for cheddar, pepper jack, or a blend of your favorite cheeses for a different flavor.
  • Serving Idea: Pair with marinara sauce for dipping for an extra burst of flavor.
