Ingredients
- 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated pizza dough
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup mini beef pepperoni slices (or regular beef pepperoni, quartered)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat the oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a Bundt pan or round baking dish with cooking spray or a thin layer of olive oil.
2️⃣ Prepare the dough:
Roll out the pizza dough on a clean surface and cut it into small, bite-sized pieces, about 1-2 inches in size.
3️⃣ Mix the toppings:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the dough pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, half of the mozzarella cheese, and the beef pepperoni slices. Toss well to coat the dough evenly.
4️⃣ Assemble the bread:
Layer the seasoned dough pieces into the greased pan, sprinkling the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese throughout as you go to ensure even cheesiness.
5️⃣ Bake:
Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly. Let it cool for 5 minutes before carefully removing it from the pan.
6️⃣ Serve:
Transfer the pull-apart pizza bread to a serving plate. Serve warm with a side of marinara sauce for dipping. Pull apart and enjoy the cheesy, pepperoni-filled goodness!
