Ingredients
- 3 boxes of Mrs. T’s Cheddar Pierogies (mini-sized recommended)
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 8 oz. block of cream cheese, cut into cubes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 lb kielbasa, sliced (or substitute with your favorite cooked sausage or ham)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1️⃣ Add Ingredients to Slow Cooker: Place the cheddar pierogies, chicken broth, cream cheese cubes, shredded cheddar cheese, and sliced kielbasa into the slow cooker. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
2️⃣ Cook: Set the slow cooker to high and cook for 3-4 hours, or on low for 6 hours. Stir occasionally to ensure the cheese melts evenly, creating a smooth and creamy sauce.
3️⃣ Serve: Once the casserole is fully cooked and warmed through, give it a final stir and serve hot.
