Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Sweet & Spicy Honey Chicken

2️⃣ Fry the chicken: Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the chicken pieces until golden and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
3️⃣ Make the sauce: In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium. Combine honey, soy sauce, sriracha, vinegar, garlic, ginger, and smoked paprika. Stir and simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
