Ingredients

  • 1 pound cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce (adjust based on spice preference)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 6 strips of cooked chicken bacon, crumbled
  • 1 package of refrigerated biscuit dough (16 oz)
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • Non-stick cooking spray
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, mozzarella cheese, crumbled chicken bacon, cream cheese, ranch dressing, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix everything well until fully combined.
  3. Open the package of refrigerated biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a round disc using your fingers or a rolling pin, making them about 4 inches in diameter.
  4. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the buffalo chicken mixture into the center of each biscuit disc. Be careful not to overfill them.
Fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling to create a ball shape, pinching the edges together to seal the stuffing inside. Ensure there are no openings for the filling to escape.
  1. Place the filled bomb onto the prepared baking sheet with the seam side down. Repeat this process for all biscuit discs until the filling is used up.
  2. Once all the bombs are prepared, lightly spray the tops with cooking spray for a golden finish. You can also sprinkle a little extra garlic powder on top if desired.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the bombs are golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Remove from the oven and allow the bombs to cool slightly before serving. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley for added flavor and presentation.
