Begin by mixing together and baking the Strawberry Cake Mix in a greased 9×13 baking dish, following the directions on the box.
After the cake is fully baked, allow it to cool for about 10 minutes.
Use the handle of a spoon to poke holes all over the cake. Then, mix together the pudding mix and 4 cups of milk according to the packaging directions.
Pour the pudding mix over the cake before it completely thickens, and let it set up on the counter for about 5 minutes before topping it with the tub of cool whip.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave, stirring in short 15-30 second increments until smooth.
Top the cake with quartered strawberries and drizzle the melted chocolate over them. You can use Baker’s Microwavable dipping chocolate or almond bark for this step!
Finally, place the finished cake in the fridge for a couple of hours to allow the chocolate and pudding to set, and it’s ready to serve. Enjoy!
