Deliciously Creamy Banana Pudding

This irresistible deliciously creamy banana pudding is the perfect way to end any meal. Made with box vanilla wafers, 4 to 6 bananas, and milk, it's a sweet treat that will satisfy any dessert craving.

Ingredients
  

  • 11 oz box Vanilla Wafers
  • 4 to 6 bananas, sliced
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 (5 oz) box Instant French Vanilla pudding
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, at room temp
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (12 oz) container frozen whipped topping thawed, or equal amount sweetened whipped cream

Method
 

  1. Start by evenly covering the bottom of a 9×13 dish with half of the vanilla wafers. Next, layer the sliced bananas, cut into 1/4 to 1/2 inch thickness, on top of the wafers.
  2. In a medium bowl, use a hand mixer to blend the milk and pudding mix until well combined.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese and condensed milk using a hand mixer until the mixture is smooth. Once smooth, gently fold in the whipped topping with a rubber spatula.
  4. Carefully fold the pudding mixture into the cream cheese mixture until thoroughly incorporated.
  5. Pour the combined mixture over the cookies and bananas, then top with the remaining vanilla wafers.
  6. Refrigerate the dish until ready to serve, allowing it to chill for at least 1 hour.
