Start by evenly covering the bottom of a 9×13 dish with half of the vanilla wafers. Next, layer the sliced bananas, cut into 1/4 to 1/2 inch thickness, on top of the wafers.
In a medium bowl, use a hand mixer to blend the milk and pudding mix until well combined.
In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese and condensed milk using a hand mixer until the mixture is smooth. Once smooth, gently fold in the whipped topping with a rubber spatula.
Carefully fold the pudding mixture into the cream cheese mixture until thoroughly incorporated.
Pour the combined mixture over the cookies and bananas, then top with the remaining vanilla wafers.
Refrigerate the dish until ready to serve, allowing it to chill for at least 1 hour.
