- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, spinach, chopped artichokes, Greek yogurt, softened cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and the casserole is bubbly.
- Allow the casserole to cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
