- In a large bowl, combine the crushed pineapple and pistachio pudding mix until the pudding mix is fully dissolved and the mixture thickens.
- Add the chopped pecans, white mini marshmallows, and shredded coconut to the bowl, then gently fold in the whipped topping.
- Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl and decorate the top with additional chopped pecans and maraschino cherries for garnish.
