Air Fryer Pizza Rolls

  • Author: Sophia

Description

These crispy and cheesy air fryer pizza rolls are a quick and delicious snack, perfect for game nights, parties, or an easy weeknight meal. Made with tortillas, pepperoni, and string cheese, they cook up golden brown and melty in just minutes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 soft taco-size flour tortillas
  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • 1 (6-ounce) package of full-size sliced pepperoni (about 10 slices per roll)
  • 8 string cheese sticks, at room temperature
  • 23 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

Assemble the Pizza Rolls
Spread one tablespoon of pizza sauce over each flour tortilla, leaving a ¼-inch border around the edges.

Add the Toppings
Place 10 slices of pepperoni evenly over the pizza sauce. Lay one whole string cheese stick on top of the pepperoni.

Roll the Tortillas
Carefully and tightly roll up each tortilla. Place them seam-side down to keep them from unraveling. Repeat the process for all pizza rolls.

Preheat the Air Fryer
Remove the air fryer basket and lightly spray it with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F for 3–4 minutes.

Brush with Olive Oil
Use a pastry brush to lightly coat the tops of the pizza rolls with olive oil.

Air Fry the Pizza Rolls
Place 3 to 4 pizza rolls in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure to leave some space between them. Cook for 9–10 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy.

Serve and Enjoy
Remove from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm with extra pizza sauce or ranch for dipping!

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, flip the pizza rolls halfway through cooking.
  • Substitute pepperoni with cooked sausage, ham, or veggies for variety.
  • Leftovers can be stored in the fridge and reheated in the air fryer for 2–3 minutes at 350°F.
