Prepare the Filling: Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract together until smooth and creamy. If you like a chunkier texture, stir in some diced fresh strawberries. Then add a dollop of strawberry jam or preserves into the mixture for that sweet and fruity flavor.
Assemble the Wonton Bites: Place a wonton wrapper on a clean surface. Spoon about 1 teaspoon of the cheesecake filling into the center. Moisten the edges with a little water to help seal the wrapper.
