Garlic Parmesan Chicken and Potatoes

  • Author: Sophia

Description

This Garlic Parmesan Chicken and Potatoes recipe is a bold, flavorful dish that brings together crispy air-fried potatoes, tender seasoned chicken, and a creamy, garlicky Parmesan sauce. Enhanced by Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce and topped with melted mozzarella, it’s a satisfying one-pan meal with a perfect blend of textures and taste.

Ingredients

Scale

2 chicken breasts
45 small to medium-sized potatoes
Olive oil
Salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika (for seasoning potatoes)
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon each salt and pepper
1 teaspoon each paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning
2 tablespoons minced garlic
Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

1️⃣ Wash, peel, and cut the potatoes into small cubes. In a large bowl, toss them with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until well coated.

2️⃣ Place the seasoned potatoes in an air fryer basket and cook at 400°F for about 20 minutes, shaking the basket a couple of times during cooking to ensure even browning.

3️⃣ While the potatoes cook, cut the chicken breasts into small cubes. Season them evenly with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.

4️⃣ In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter. Add the seasoned chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, until fully cooked and golden on the outside, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F.

5️⃣ Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté briefly until fragrant. Pour in the Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce and stir to coat the chicken thoroughly.

6️⃣ Once the potatoes are finished cooking, add them to the skillet with the chicken and sauce. Toss everything together to coat the potatoes evenly in the sauce.

7️⃣ Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the top. Cover the skillet with a lid until the cheese is melted, or place the skillet under a broiler for a few minutes until bubbly and golden.

Notes

Using an air fryer helps keep the potatoes crispy without excess oil, but they can also be roasted in the oven if preferred. The Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce adds a creamy, slightly tangy punch—adjust the amount based on your heat preference. This dish is perfect as a stand-alone meal but also pairs well with a side salad or steamed vegetables.
